G LOOMIS SAR1265C BC GL2 ROD

A specialty rod designed for mooching in tidewater and ocean salmon fisheries with a single-action reel. It has a powerful tip and butt, capable of mooching/trolling up to eight ounces. Rated for 20-30 pound line, the ten and a half-foot length gives you excellent line/lure control plus helps keep the fish away from the props when you get him close to the boat. "BC" refers to the long cork fore grip and short rear grip to accommodate mooching reels.
