The Lowrance iFinder Expedition c is a hand held GPS navigator with barometer and MP3 player. Display: 2.83 in color TFT display (320V x 240H pixels). Includes worldwide basemap with low level detail worldwide and medium level detail of the U.S.A. Buttons on device: Power / Light, Pages (Satellite, Navigation, Compass (not a true compass, heading data derived from GPS data histories) and Map applications), Menu, Arrow Keys (data entry and menu / map cursor navigation), Enter (acknowledge values, invoke commands), Exit (undo Enter action), Find, Zoom Out, Zoom In. Waypoints, Routes and Trails supported. Tide / Current forecasts (where supported on chart media). Has an internal microphone for recording / logging waypoint voice notes and can store up to 100 savable and retraceable trails. Satellite application provides digital data histories of position, altimeter and pressure data. Connectivity: Internal SD card slot (up to 1Gb cards). One NMEA 0183 compatible serial communication port. Waterproof: IPX7 waterproof to withstand immersion in 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. GPS Charting / Navigation: 16 channel WAAS enabled GPS for fast fix, up to 10 ft location accuracy. External active or passive antenna optional. Dual micro processors for faster screen updates. Chart Media: Lowrance Freedom Maps SD (topographical), Navionics Hotmaps SD (lakes and rivers), Navionics Offshore Marine Maps (tidal waters), MP3 files or data sharing using a SD card.
